How can I cancel my subscription and remove my data?

We'd be sorry to see you go, but don't worry; it's easy to cancel your subscription. Please note that once cancelled, all data including your public profile data, media, and personal information (name and email address) will be permanently purged from our system. 

Our subscription piece is managed by Kajabi, one of the world's largest subscription management services.  You can cancel two ways:

Method #1:

Open a support ticket at https://bandbreeze.help and request cancelation. Alternatively, you can simply email us at help@bandbreeze.com.

Method #2:

Visit the following link to login to your BAND BREEZE subscription account:

https://www.bandbreeze.com/login

Note that this should be the email address and password you chose when you originally subscribed, and may not be the same as your member dashboard login.

Navigate to Settings > Billing > Subscriptions and choose the option to cancel.

Note that once canceled, your access will remain active until the last day of your subscription period. After this, all site and personal data will be purged. BAND BREEZE does not have direct access to your billing information, so rest assured your data will be safely and permanently removed. Should you ever wish to join us again, we welcome you to sign up any time.
