Managing Promotional Assets

In the promotional assets section, you can upload image assets to be used by booking parties and venues for promotional purposes. This can include things like high-resolution logo files and official band photos. They will ask for these things anyway, and providing access on your band site is far more convenient than emailing attachments. Making these assets easily accessible will make their job much easier, and they will appreciate your organization and effort to ensure they have everything they need to advertise and promote your performance.

There are two sections. In the first, upload individual image files.  Select the upload button and browse to your file. Next, add a description for the file to tell your visitor exactly what it is, since the file name may not be descriptive on its own. For instance, here we have noted that the uploaded file is a high resolution logo file, and have included the resolution and size parameters which is helpful to the visitor because this is important to know for print media or signage. 

Click the eye icon to preview the uploaded image. Use the trash icon to delete it.

If you have several promotional image files, compress them into a single zip file and upload here. This is much more convenient for your visitor than downloading individual files.

Now, on your public landing page, promotional images can be previewed or downloaded. And, if you've generated a zip file with all of your image assets, it can be downloaded here.
